A commerce graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Vijay Mundhra had a strong leadership quality since young days when he started to lead the college as President of the Student Union. As a businessman, by birth, always has an acceptance to the challenges which no one dares to accept, he started his business career by chance and turned the opportunity into a successful business.

A disciplinarian by nature, he firmly believes in being uncompromising in everything that he does. He is a man who believes in his instincts to work, backed by in-depth knowledge and hard work. Upholding the highest sense of integrity and believing in long term partnerships have been his mantra for success. He has zero tolerance to any nuisance and focuses on the crux of the affair till the final completion of the task. It is this attitude that has made him renowned for being the longest serving person in the industry.

He is the role model and guiding factor to each and every member of our organisation. His vision and forecast are his best assets.

Sidharth Mundhra

A post graduate in the Business Administration with Marketing and Finance and also did short learning programs on software development and Business Mastery. Mr. Sidharth Mundhra joined the business in 1995 as trainee till 1998 and received thorough knowledge of business, mentored by the Chairman himself. He didn’t just garner business expertise but also developed great instincts and strong ethics.

He has a strong will backed up by thorough commercial & financial understanding. During his initial period, there was a change happening from manual working to system-based working to ERP, so he possesses the experience of working from scratch and has been instrumental in the transformation from manual operations to ERP based/SAP operations.

Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Handling have been his passion.

Ashwani Mundhra

Ashwani Mundhra

Director

A Post Graduate in Business Administration, Mr. Ashwani Mundhra started his career with Soda Ash business and has experience of working in multi-location and multiple business. He joined the group in 2003 and played an important role in setting up a supply chain network for the logistics business.

Relationship management and legal understanding are the keys to his success. He is energetic, motivated and a travel freak. He has driven the company business to the other part of the country.

His patience is his best asset.
